It is Rassy, but this is probably about right.

Rassy has been wavering like crazy. Waiting for PPP to take a stab at this race.

Quinn has unleashed draconian tax increases on the good people of Illinois.

Wasn't Rauner up by double digits and now he leads only by three? It was called a surge.

This poll had Durbin up by only 14, so this looks pretty weak for Rauner. Can Quinn come back from the dead again?

If the candidates are somewhere around 45-47% in late October (barring a third party candidate that takes 3-5%), Quinn wins.  IL is one of those states where the democrats always come home in the end.

I'm pretty skeptical.  I'd like to see what some other pollsters (not PPP) say about it.

Why? PPP is the best.

Quinn isn't the best governor, and they feel like they can beat a lackluster gov. But, there is Cook County and the Dems. They are gonna pull our every stop, even for a lackluster Quinn, to stop a GOP takeover in Springfield.
