I read the Time interview with him a couple months back, and he said something like:

"Even my worst days as Governor were better than my best days as Senator". He seems to really have developed a hatred of Congress, and I don't blame him. I hope he runs for Governor.

True. Though I would rather him run for Governor again than not run for any office at all.
