Two unity tickets because Oregon Blue Dog and western Democrat can't be on the same ticket. Chips and Western Democrat form a more culturally traditional ticket with economic populist themes. OBD and morgankingsley form a unity ticket focused on a moderate economic agenda. The idiosyncrasies of this ticket ultimately doom it but they are able to pull off a victory in Utah due to independent ticket splitting. Texas is the tipping point state.
