This seems to be a relatively new pollster (according to their website, their first polls are from 2012 but they didn't poll anything interesting then).

I also didn't find out if they are partisan in any way, so probably not.

The results look OK anyway.

They only polled 26% of blacks and 4% of non white and non black voters.

69% white? They're only off by about seven points; an accurate demographic would likely show Carter up by 4 and Perdue up by 2.
