Leaders in FPTP constituencies (by party). Unfortunately, a lot of the candidates are officially independent, and I do not know who leans where.

Poroshenko Bloc 57
Popular Front 18
Batkivshchina 4
Svoboda 4
Opposition Bloc 2
Agrarian Union Zastup 2
Samopomich 1
Silna Ukraina 1
Right Sector 1
Volya 1
Independents 96

independants (and "sonstige", "divers", "misc."  are the Devil, the true Devil for fans of elections and parties

Ridiculously tight race for the first place (so far, roughly 400 vote gap between the top two)

12.12% reporting.

Poroshenko Bloc 21.72%
Popular Front (Yatsenyuk/Turchinov) 21.69%
Samopomich 9.71%
Opposition Bloc 9.27%
Radical Party (Lyashko) 8.04%
Batkivshchina (Timoshenko) 6.23%
______________________________

Svoboda 4.53%
Communists 3.85%
Agrarian Union Zastup 3.62%
Strong Ukraine (Tihipko) 3.16%
Hromadyanska Poziciya (Hrytsenko) 3.05%
Right Sector 1.70%
everybody else under 1% each

i bet for svoboda above the 5 %  (too high threshold IMO, this is not true-PR spirit. Ideal threshold is 2 %)

Turchynov is a rough attempt at transliteration Smiley Actually, if you insist on frenchifying it, it should be Porochenko Smiley

in fact, we use the "t" because "ch" sounds for us like "sh" for english. So PoroTchenko is the true "francised" (?) name of the PoU Wink

have you see the youtube video when the PF of the parliament cry because deputies didn't vote the recognition of fighters of stepan bandera as ukrainian heroes ? Seems for me this is not a very "classical liberal pro-UE" way of thinking Wink

One of the occasional posters here has done this

http://www.electoralgeography.com/new/ru/countries/u/ukraine/ukraina-vybory-v-verxovnuyu-radu-2014.html

Mind it, it is still preliminary. There are still a few polling places in Donetsk that have not been, technically, counted: mainly, as I understand, due to concerns about local ballot stuffing.

thanks Smiley
