Among UNAFFILIATED VOTERS ONLY:
Hagan 39%
Tillis 27%
Haugh 8%

Not sure what exactly this would translate to when you include Democrats and Republicans, but it probably means Hagan is ahead.

The poll seems generous to Hagan, as Obama is at +2 approval and the ACA is at +1.

Yeah, polls that only give a subset like this are worthless.

ACA is underwater just about everywhere now, and polls like this just don't have a good predictive value for a North Carolina race.
