This district was a bellwether for the nation in 2012, of course its in play with non-incumbents.

Yeah, but I've always had a gut sense MacArthur has the advantage.  It reminds me a little of Erik Paulson vs. Ashwin Media in the old MN-3 (although Paulson obviously won there for very different reasons) in that it seems like a prime pickup opportunity on paper, but in reality the Republican is/was probably ahead by 2-3 points the entire cycle.  Hopefully I'm wrong and Belgard pulls it off.
