Article

Hillary Clinton: 39%
Jeb Bush: 44%

Hillary Clinton: 36%
Chris Christie: 46%

Hillary Clinton: 39%
Ted Cruz: 46%

Hillary Clinton: 40%
Mike Huckabee: 44%

Hillary Clinton: 44%
Sarah Palin: 38%

Hillary Clinton: 40%
Rand Paul: 45%

On a related note, 75% of Alaskans do not think Sarah Palin should run for president in 2016, compared to a paltry 18% who do, and a 54-34 majority view her unfavorably.

It's interesting to see that while Christie does the best of all GOPers in Alaska, he does the absolute worst of all in Arkansas. And while Huckabee is much more popular than the other GOPers in Arkansas, he does in fact do the worst of all in Alaska (except Palin). Cheesy Tongue

Yes, Christie had the largest margin, but I found it pretty striking that Cruz tied with Christie for the best percentage against Clinton (46%). Perhaps that just shows the unreliability of polling in Alaska, but it's still interesting.

Christie does poorly in the South, but pretty well outside the South.  That's a recurring trend in these polls.  Which is why Christie as GOP nominee would yield the most interesting map.

>2014 likely voters, though who knows if that even matters in Alaska.

Wait till voters learn that he is a corrupt bully. Then he won't be doing well anywhere.
