He's been in office WAAAAAAY too long. Combined with an attempt as a three-term Idaho Governor, he had a whopping four terms as Idahos' Lieutenant Governor. Plus the Luna Laws, which tried to limit teacher's collective bargaining (probably also why the School Superintendent race is also polling very close) and got overturned in 2012 via voter referendums.
