I just got the email.

Prime Minister Forever - British Version has been released! As the United Kingdom heads towards its May 5th election, do you have what it takes to lead your party to electoral victory?

Prime Minister Forever - British Version includes the largest Prime Minister Forever scenario ever made, United Kingdom 2005, featuring 15 parties, 646 constituencies, and 24 party leaders to choose from. The British Version also includes a significantly modified game engine.

Features include:

- United Kingdom 2005 scenario
- Party goals: Can the Conservatives make a majority government? Can the Lib-Dems get 85 seats? The Greens 3%? If you reach your party goal, history will remember you.
- New Endorser system: Plump for endorsements that can give momentum, financial, and foot soldier bonuses. The United Kingdom 2005 scenario contains 16 endorsers, both regional and national.
- Scripted events that effect issue profiles, centres, and party momentum: Will the U.K. suffer large losses in Iraq or not? Will the Chancellor's budget be well received?
- New Targeting Points system, that allows you to convert CPs to target constituencies: Syphon extra logistical and financial resources from the main campaign for local campaigns.
- HQ Morale: Send your enemy's campaign into a spiral and watch their morale collapse.
- Tweaked Momentum system: Big Mo' and HQ Morale determined by average national momentum, not simply total momentum.
- View constituencies by closest races or alphabetical, to help with targeting.

And more.

Prime Minister Forever - British Version (includes United Kingdom 2005, as well as Australia 2004 and Canada 2004 scenarios) is available for Prime Minister Forever customers for the next two weeks for just $6 US, or approximately £3.

Wow.  Just wow.  I was the Independent, and I did nothing, and look what happened:

Labour: 482 seats, 44% PV
Conservative: 10 seats, 20% PV
Lib Dems: 109 seats, 23% PV
Greens: 0 seats, 1% PV
UKIP: 0 seats, 2% PV
BNP: 0 seats, 0% PV
Scottish National: 19 seats, 3% PV
Plaid Cymru: 6 seats, 1% PV
UUP: 8 seats, 0% PV
DUP: 3 seats, 0% PV
Sinn Fein: 4 seats, 0% PV
SDLP: 3 seats, 0% PV
Alliance: 0 seats, 0% PV (56,819)
Respect: 1 seat, 0% PV

You heard it first here, folks... the Conservatives are going to get less seats than the Scottish National Party Cheesy

If the Tories were only going to hold on to 10 seats this wouldn't be the ten.

If you wanna have some fun, play Green and concentrate on Brighton Pavilion, Lewisham Deptford, Oxford West & Abingdon and Leeds West. I'm sure ILV can pull off the electorally impossible and actually win some of these seats.

Finally got it.

Played first game as Labour, lost big time.  Conservatives and Ulster Unionists formed a minority government.

Second times was the Lib Dems and got 79 seats, Labour majority in the 330 range.

I got mine too.

First game, played as Independents

Labour      408
Tories        105
Lib Dems     92
SNP             14
PC                 7
DUP               7
SF                 4
SDLP             4
UUP               3
Ind                1
Respect         1

Second Game, I played as BNP and was able to pull out Bethnal Green and Bow in a disgusting 5 party split:

BNP - 22%  (Davidson)
Respect - 21% (Galloway)
Labour - 20% (King)
Lib Dems - 17% (Islam)
Tories - 15% (Bakth)
Greens - 5% (Foster)

SNP: 9
PC: 7
UU: 7
DU: 3
SF: 2
SDL: 6
Respect: 1 (By a hair)
Independent: 1

I hate how hard it is to do well as the Tories.  Best I've done as them is barely 180 seats.  They always seem to flame out at the end.

Does the game give you any idea which parties your votes have swung from?

If you pay close attention, you can notice a swing, but it isn't that detailed.

Oh wow, I seriously suck at this game.  Every time I play as Labour the Conservatives swamp me, every time I play as Lib Dems I can never get over 70 seats, and I even tried Respect and failed to win in Bethnal Green and Bow, even though it seems like Galloway wins as the computer every time I play as another party.

I hate to be a mouch, but I just starting playing the demo and I am hooked.  Unfortunatly, they won't take my check card.  Anyone have the full version they could send me?
