I think the Fox and CNN polls are one of the few that use live callers for both cell phone and landline surveys. I wouldn't exactly call them junk. The Fox poll is a collaboration of both a Democrat and Republican pollsters.

That seems to be the status of all three of these races around the fringes of the MOE.

I think Roberts will survive - Brownback is a different story, though. This poll confirms what I have seen in the state. The focus is definitely on getting Roberts reelected.

I can buy early voters going 51-36 for Orman and even 55-31 for Hagan, but 61-31 for Ernst? Small sub-samples, I suppose.

Iowa is beginning to look ominous for the GOP today. I could see Braley pulling out a 49-48 win on Tuesday.

Last poll showed Roberts up 5. Clear trend toward Orman and Davis' coattails will help Gregory the Gallant retire the DC Fossil!

As to the IA and NC results, repeat after me: junk polls!

It looks like the fox polling outfit cares more about its credibility than we thought.

Lol, Fox puts out non-biased polls right before the election. Classic!

Hard to tell at least from the IA poll, but that would be my guess. An early vote total is rarely statistically significant unless a ton of votes are banked.

I'm marginally surprised. I expected them to go full Vox Populi. Now they left the Cheneys out there on a ledge. I bet they're furious.

This. They're quite trustworthy at polling, and don't show a notably R bias.

I know you red hats hate Fox, but to their credit, their polling is anything other than "biased."

Again, it's live-agent cell phone and landline poll conducted by both a Republican and Democrat pollster.

Media organizations, including MSNBC, CNN, the local TV stations and Fox are looking to get it right and not engage in partisanship.

Actually Fox News' polls are usually held above pollsters like SUSA.

Yeah their final polls are good. The ones they released earlier this month were clearly very republican-leaning huge outliers though.
