Nothing would shock me in this race, given that it's R+9, Barrow has somehow managed to keep the seat and Congressional polling leaves something to be desired. I could see either candidate winning in this environment.

Barrah is going to hold this seat as long as he wants it. Allen is a far better opponent than he's previously faced, but Allen might be too conservative for THIS district.
