To all Democrats, if Hillary wins the nomination, would you support her? I think I would.

If this country's only hope is Hillary, it's too late anyways.

No, I would not.  I'd likely vote independent, unless the GOP has a good candidate like Sanford.

Yes, I would.

She'd make a pretty good president (although I won't vote for her in the primary).

It's not like we'd have much choice...

I'd be torn, but I probably would not vote GOP in the end, and if there are not any third party candidates I like, I'd swallow my pride and sadly cast my first general election vote for Hillary.

I think a lot of people - both Democrats and Republicans - seriously underestimate Hillary Clinton.

It would depend on who she was running against.....obviously.

On the plus side Bill would be back in the whitehouse.  I wouldn't mind another four years of him, and you know he is going to be making all of the decisions with her.

You can't be serious.   Hillary had to behave during the Clinton years, even ignorig his philandering, in an effort to have a future political career of her own.  There is no way in hell that she would let him dominate her if she was elected in her own right.

As for Bill getting back into the White House, he would probably be happier not to be in the White House.  Hell, the campaign, if he campaigns for her vigorously, might kill him, or give him another heart attack.

It depends on who the Republican is. That and I don't know if I'm ready to vote for a woman.

I agree. I won't support her in the primary simply because I don't want another Senator from the Northeast, but she'll have an awesome political team, she herself knows more about getting elected and portraying yourself positively to the voters than the entire Kerry campaign, and she won't have name recognition problems.

There are several other people I'd rather get the nomination, but she'll still be way better than anyone the Republicans nominate.

So if Hillary and the Republican were otherwise evenly matched, you'd go for the Republican because Hillary is a woman?
