We're almost there!
Out of each pair of cities, vote for the one you would rather live in, assuming you don't have a job or own real estate in either city.  The tournament will last 8 rounds.  Voting in each round will last 24 hours unless there's a tie, in which case I will wait for the next vote.
I could only include the largest 256 cities.

San Francisco Jr Seattle and San Francisco....but only because it isn't Seattle vs DC (easy DC win) and SF vs NYC.

The silliness of this arrangement forces me to choose the Left Coast cities in tandem.
