What's up with the eastern panhandle-panhandle?
Didn't know that this is a Democratic stronghold within WV.

Could you do a map for the 2014 senatorial election in that state? I wonder if the map would look the same.

The eastern panhandle is being increasingly influenced by NOVA. Actually, I can see Capito flipping those red districts, as she represented them in Congress. OTOH, most of the southern districts would probably be a shade or so lighter blue.

^ There are two Romney/Dem Senate seats (SDs 12 and 28). There are just over a dozen House seats, mostly in Acadiana.
