Grant says he models himself after Caligula. Does this mean he's debauched (like we didn't already know)? Or he's corrupt and autocratic? Or he thinks he is every god in the Roman pantheon?
Actually, I enjoyed the movie ok, though it could have been better. But the though of that man as PM was just awful! Hopefully President Thornton can keep him in check.
