Okay.   Time to combine two things I really enjoy, presidential politics and survivor.   Here's how this works.  We start off with all 42  presidents in the history of the United States on one island, and every round you vote one of them off the island, until we are down to one, and he will be the presidential survivor.  I figgure to give 1 day for each round.   Today will start a little earlier.   So today's opening round will end tommorow night at midnight.   Remember, vote for the president you want to be voted out!!!

Everyone gets one vote per round.  AND ABSOLUTLEY NO GOING BACK AND EDITING YOUR POSTS OR DELETING YOUR OLD POSTS!!  ONCE YOU HAVE VOTED FOR THAT ROUND, THAT'S IT!!   IF THERE ARE ANY VOTE POSTS ON HERE THAT HAS BEEN EDITED FOR ANY REASON, THAT VOTE WILL NOT COUNT!!

In the event of a tie of 2 or more presidents, I will conduct a poll in the
"Election What If" forumn.  Depending on my schedule for the next day, I will determine the time in which the poll will be finished at.  I will try to get it complete early in the morning, so we know which president is still on the island and who has been eliminated.  The President with the least amount of votes will be the one eliminated.   If it is still tied using this tiebreaker system, then both of the presidents will be eliminated.

That's the best way I can figgure out to be fair and impartial in this.

I'm voting for Millard Fillmore, not because I don't like him, but because he is just so dang forgetable.

I should add I'm voting for him because few people could make the Presidency irrelavent, or at the very least alienate the people so much as to cause a party to get a veto proof majority...

I'd say a re-vote in the what-if forum that way you'd get even more responses. I've played games like this and they rock its just the History forum is not very popular.

Yeah.  I've played games like this too online with all kinds of different thoughts.  THat's why I figgured to play one here.  I was trying to decide what forum to do this game on.  At first I put it up in the fantasy electiions board, but I was immediately told that was the inapprorpiate board.  So I figgured this one was the best one to do it on.  Maybe I should have put it in the What if board

Well this is a game that requires a lot of different threads so after today you could probably easily move it.

Okay.  I figgure I'll just see how many do actually come here and vote in the first round.  If we get plenty, then I'll keep it here.   If not, then I'll lock the thread here and move the game to the What if Thread

In the early stages, we could eliminate both of them.
