Teddy got second in 1912, and won several states. In 1992 Perot was much further away from 270EVs. So Teddy by far. I also think it's more likely that Teddy could have won in a house vote than Perot if nobody won 270EVs, since in 1912 Teddy could get the GOP House on his side but in 1992 Democrats had the majority and they would support Clinton. Edit: Found out Democrats won the 1912 House elections, so that point would be moot.
