Australia ranked us (seems odd saying "us" for the UK - I campaigned for Scottish Independence...) 11th. I don't know about anyone else.

Why is there never any good DIY scene music at Eurovision? Has there ever been a hardcore, post-hardcore, (real) emo, pop-punk, post-rock, etc. song there submitted by any country?

I'm talking like this (Germany) or this (France) or this (Italy) or this(Norway).

No - Europe wouldn't vote for those sort of songs.
