Mexico, because Oman won't win and Poland and NZ winning would just be sad for the non-white nations.

This looks about as dull as possible. We are going to get: Canada, USA, Mexico + Germany/Japan and either Sweden or Tunisia. So continental North America + the two largest Western economies outside of it + one (which may even be progressive pet Sweden).

So Tunisia is the only hope for a surprise.

(it also looks certain that none of the countries I have either voted for or are going to vote for will advance)

I'm not so sure Mexico has this yet. It blew a massive lead against Mongolia in the first round and nearly lost.

Oman is actually a really intriguing country. Of all the Gulf states Oman has retained the most flavor of "Old Arabia." But because it doesn't stand a chance this round, I voted for NZ.
