I feel like it may be Fiorina. IIRC her timetable was announcing in late April or early May.

Carson says he'll announce his decision on May 4th:

Fiorina says "late April or early May".

Santorum says "some time in the spring".

So, probably either Carson or Fiorina, but maybe Santorum.  Graham says "mid-May", and the others sound like they're more than a month away from announcing anything.

Those of you voting Bush are wrong.  A few weeks ago, he suggested that an announcement from him was still months away:

He wants to hold off for a while, because as long as he's not a candidate, he can directly work with his Super PAC.
