Thank you Mr. Speaker.

This is an initiate I conceived in the campaign trail. Small businesses are a very important part of our economy, because they are the initiative of our very own people. This is why they should have all of our support. The Northeast Biannual Fair is concieved to be a kickstart for our small businesses and for our economy as a whole.

Now, if you consider this should be improved, I'll welcome your input.

For Northeastern small businesses, nothing. For the rest, the executive would decide.


I agree with Lt. Gov. Pikachu on this one.

I even had that idea already, and I forgot to include it in the bill Tongue So...
