Thank you Mr. Speaker.

This is an initiate I conceived in the campaign trail. Small businesses are a very important part of our economy, because they are the initiative of our very own people. This is why they should have all of our support. The Northeast Biannual Fair is concieved to be a kickstart for our small businesses and for our economy as a whole.

Now, if you consider this should be improved, I'll welcome your input.

Considering the lack of a preeminent city in the NE, it'd be cool to have some type of bidding process for the fair.
