The US Senate chose this day of tragedy in Iran to vote 91-8 for cloture to roll back the Iran deal and impose sanctions.

No. Article 5 only applies to the core territories of a country. For instance , before Algerian independence when the Algerian coast was part of metropolitan France, Article 5 could have been invoked for an attack in Algeria, but not Tunisia or French Morocco.

Feinstein was actually the first Senator to support the Iran deal, but it doesn't mean that she's a good Senator.
