Because these threads are so ridiculous that this is the logical conclusion.

Nazi solider who was captured as a prisoner of war by the US army, repented of his past, and became a US citizen in the 1950s. He is a hawkish Republican, and views the USSR as no different than Hitler.

Tara, that makes at least as much sense as a Goldwater-Humphrey voter. :-)

He could also be an unrepentant nazi that views the US as the legitimate heir to the heroic struggle against Judeo-Bolshevism.

Someone who held similar ideology to the Nazi party or Hitler and eventually fled from them, ad the Republican party was the more "American" party according to him.

Also, I was going to call this a "Hitler/Reagan voter" but any Hitler voter would have been dead by 1980. 1960 not so much.

Yes, because everyone dies by age 70.

If that were true Dems would have a permanent majority.

And budgets would be balanced due to greatly reduced SS/Medicare outlays

Very few, but probably not zero.
Hitler had 13,418,517 votes in 1932. Some of them (two or three digits) could have moved to the USA after the war and become American citizens.
They would not vote for Kennedy, Humphrey or McGovern. Some of them could have voted for Wallace.
