Thank you Mr. Speaker.

There were many things in the original bill that needed to be fixed. I think this was an excellent initiative by Lt. Gov. Pikachu, but now we need clarification.

In this amendment I propose we make part of the referendum process non-playable and the other one playable. This is an election game, so the more elections, the better Grin

Also, this will be a good space for anyone else to propose further amendments. Wink

I'd much rather have the state referenda be non-playable. For example, if the city of Montreal submitted a bid for the World Cup, then we'd essentially be making a giant song and dance of wasted resources in an election where Poirot would be the only one eligible.

It could maybe be a regional referendum - if we want to have a playable event. If we're keeping it as a state referendum, then it should be non-playable.

I feel like the best solution would be to keep the state referendum unplayable and the persuant to the GM, while making the regional referendum playable.
