Now that the field is solidified, can we get another count on 50's vs. 60's vs. 70's. vs. pre-50's?

Sure. I didn't bother to distinguish between "serious" and "non-serious" candidates because people would inevitably disagree with my definitions.

1940s: Sanders, Pataki, Webb, Trump, Clinton, Gilmore
1950s: Perry, Carson, Kasich, Bush, Chafee, Fiorina, Graham, Huckabee, Santorum
1960s: Christie, Paul, O'Malley, Walker
1970s: Cruz, Rubio, Jindal

The only one with a decent shot at this is Mike Pence, unfortunately. If a Democrat succeeds Trump, they will almost certainly be younger, and I don't see a non-Pence Republican succeeding Trump. I guess it could happen in 2024 (most likely beating the incumbent Democrat), but it's pretty unlikely.
