Nice maps!
Ricci's obvious stronghold is around Assisi, while I am surprised how Lega Nord won some municipalities in Marche.

Why Tirol regionalists are considered as centre-left?

Because they are usually running in the centre-left coalition in national elections.

There is also the matter of the Trentino, where Monti's list included Lorenzo Dellai, the former provincial president, and his local party (Unione per il Trentino).
