I don't know whether he'd be a worse person to work for or work with, but I'd certainly never want to interact with him in any context, social or otherwise. Like Richard Nixon but without the charisma. It's fitting that his unfounded paranoia led to his downfall.

Working with or for him would be a nightmare.  Imagine him constantly making bad judgment calls, Impugning you for putting two baskets of fries down, permanently taking points away from you in his mental book of quarterly review logs...then chastising you for not having put down enough fries when it turns out the order was even bigger than you anticipated...

Then coming to review time and realizing you aren't getting that nickel raise because you did all sorts of things wrong that he never told you about.  And when asked for specifics, he is suddenly all aggressive authority, your job is on the line, and as for specifics...there was that time you didn't make enough fries and your attitude that doesn't respect the chain of command!  But he might try to act like HIS boss is trying to put the. Heat on you...and he's doing you a favor by keeping you on with no raise.

He's the WORST kind of middle management- acts like your friend/a martyr but throws you under the bus if you EVER DARE do so ething without his guidance- type there is.

He once had an S score of over +9 i believe.

One of the things I've remembered about him was the severe anger he held towards others online. I've heard stories of him literally threatening posters, finding personal information about them online, and letting their supervisors/bosses (who knows how he got their information) know about their posts that they had put on here.
