You'd see two strands of reaction. The obvious "she's collapsing, 2008 redux" narrative will be loudest first. But you'll also hear pundits writing off New Hampshire as basically being another home state for Bernie, considering its proximity to New Hampshire, and talking about how the Clinton machine would still to be favored to wrap things up in South Carolina. So a short, furious panic followed by downplaying and dismissal.
