Hillary has a -20 favorable rating in both IA and NH among all RV, which would back up the recent Quinnipiac numbers.

Favorable ratings among all registered NH voters:
34-46 Bush (Jeb) -12
37-56 Clinton (Hillary) -19

This is the first time in a while Jeb has a "less bad" net favorable rating than Hillary that I've seen.
