I doubt Biden will run for the presidency. Unless he would to someone bring out the best in Hillary Clinton. Who really knows though.

I don't think he will. He thinks very highly of Hillary Clinton. He'll probably save her candidacy by backing her very definitively. There's a chance he enters, but I think it's very slim.
