My friends and fellow countrymen,

Ahead of South America lies an uncertain path. As with all new starts, there are hidden challenges and unexpected crises ahead of us. Ideas may come and go, leaders may rise and fall, parties may form and dissolve, promises may be made and broken, but one truth towers above all of these: our nation must stand.

The challenges of the next months must be met head on by strong, steady leadership that does not waver in the face of long odds or crumble into bickering and disarray over petty policy squabbles or ideological grandstanding. It is here, at the outset of this campaign, that the Conservative Party draws upon its greatest resource: resolute leadership to guide South America through this crucial stage.

I am proud of those South Americans who have chosen to call the Conservative Party their political home. It is because of these members and the leadership our party offers that I proudly declare the Conservative Party:

Ready for the Road Ahead.

I would like to ask the Conservative Party membership to strongly consider supporting the Whig Party for a second preference vote.....we support a strong military and muscular foreign policy involving world leadership.... we support business and want to create economic conditions for which businesses can grow
On these issues- we agree.... if You have questions about other issues, feel free to ask me in the Whig Party page

Thank you

I could be wrong, but I don't think we'll be using preferential voting for the election.

Friends,

This election will in all likelihood present a simple choice - a government with the Conservative Party or a government with the Socialist Party. Let us be very clear - we cannot afford a shambolic left-wing government of special interests and ideological zealots, propped up by extremists and communists, to mishandle the crucial formative months of this new era. Our message is clear -

(Flag is the Union of South American Nations for lack of an official one)
