The Republic of Minnesota of course being the hypothetical socialist state ran by me well known for its bans on private schools, attempted elimination of suburbia, and seizure and constant harassment of large capitalist business interests especially Wal-Mart by Minnesotan security forces.

You can either have the theocratic police state, or my booze/sex filled socialist utopia.

You can't go starving with loads and loads of government-ran farms in a big farming state like here. We'll have a lot more room for farms too once we put an end to suburban sprawl.

being a rural state (and with BRTD's campaign against suburban sprawl, perhaps even more so), they're probably going to be very much to your liking.

of course, i could be wrong.

As a male and an ex-pat, I could do much better in Saudiland than in Pol Pot's Cambodia v.2.0.

I don't plan on killing everyone who wears glasses or setting up forced labor camps.

I think I'd get a good-paying job and have more freedom in the American community in Riyadh.

you can own hunting rifles and handguns. You can't own assault weapons unless you belong to the police force or the Minnesota People's Revolutionary Armed Forces (the military).

Hmm. Can cops buy their own assault weapons, and keep such weapons after they retire? Also, are there limitations on high-capacity magazines?

well weapons aren't for sale to the public so no.

as long as they serve a valid puprose for hutning high capacity magazines are fine. I don't really know much about guns.
