Trump calls big CEO salaries 'disgraceful'Now, Trump isn't wrong
per se-- inequality is problematic and should be addressed-- but it's jarring to see a "Republican" phrase in confrontational terms that would not be out of place out at an OWS rally: the "people" vs the bankers and executives. Indeed, I suspect that Trump, deep down, would feel comfortable applying the prefix "Jewish" to his "hedge funders" who sit around shuffling paper and doing nothing of value-- as opposed to the good old Protestants like him who actually create things, build buildings. It's uncanny.
I will add that he
does have a Jewish son-in-law, who has been slowly driving the venerable
New York Observer into the ground.
