Biden is kind of low in this poll. Individually, those are great numbers for both Sanders and Hillary.
Weird that Chafee's support drops without Biden.

So I guess Biden draws 11% from Clinton, 2% from Webb, 1% from Sanders, and -1% from Chafee?  I’m not sure how that -1% works.  1% of the primary voters decide to support Chafee if Biden gets in the race?

In any case, I assume that counts as a 1% poll for Chafee.  I guess that means that Clinton, Sanders, and Webb have already qualified for the CNN debate next month, and Chafee and O’Malley just need one more poll each with 1% support.

It must be that core demographic of Democrats who absolutely can't stand the thought of a Biden presidency and are sure that Chafee is the man who can take him down, but don't really care if Biden's not in the race.

Maybe there was one person that said Chafee the first time, but then had to leave halfway through the call before they got to the next question.
