Democratic numbers are just weird. The Republican numbers seem reasonable but Democratic numbers give reason to think they might not be.

Trump at 23% would be his lowest number in South Carolina since June (when he wasn't yet leading the polls nationally).  This would also be the first SC poll since June in which he isn't leading by double digits.

It's a university poll. I doubt they pushed voters, so it's likely a lot of Trump's support in other polls comes from soft supporters who might not make it to the real polls come February. Sounds like good news for Carson and Rubio. In any event it's clear that save by illness or scandal, Hillary's got the nod on the Dem side (at least in SC), so I can concentrate on which Republican to vote for when the time comes to vote at my new precinct. I reregistered with my new address today.

Colorado can't be won. Our new state Chair was an idiot and scrapped the straw poll, thus campaigns aren't going to be in Colorado besides picking delegates, no need to run a ground game.
