If The Donald ends up in being president by 2017, what would happen if he faces his 2020 reelection bid against Elizabeth Warren?

Current NM Governor Susanna Martinez serves his VP in this scenario.

The date is November 3rd, 2020. The American economy is growing at an annual rate of 6.5%. ISIS no longer exists. A gallon of gas can be bought for $1.45. Americans make more, and keep more of what they make. The border is finally secure and impermeable. Manufacturing has returned to America, employing millions of formerly unemployed and underemployed middle-class Americans. It's morning again in America.
