Italy, 1994. Silvio Berlusconi did not run for elections and not start the political party Forza Italia.

Achille Occhetto is the candidate of a coalition formed by PDS, Greens, Comunist Refondation, Democratic Alliance and La Rete called Progressisti.

Mario Segni is leading the coalition Patto per l'Italia, formed by Popular Party and Patto Segni - a list with some little parties of the first repubblic. CCD didn't split from Popular Party because Berlusconi is not running.

Northern League did not start any coalition without Berlusconi on the political scene.

Same of right party MSI, that present itself at election in the list National Alliance.

Radical Party is running alone.

What if?
