What could have happened in 1904, if McKinley had outlived his second term? It is of coruse an open election.

Does Vice President Teddy Roosevelt play a role?

Vice Pres. Theodore Roosevelt(R-NY)/Gov. Franklin Murphy(R-NJ) - 48.1%
Rep. Oscar Underwood(D-AL)/Rep. William Randolph Hearst(D-NY) - 40.9%
