Seeing as Mr. Xahar has departed from our nation in late October, and has thus far not returned; it pains me to poise, in accordance with the Resolving Procedural Issues Act (FS 1-4), to the membership the question of a revocation of Mr. Xahar's mandate in Parliament, and subsequent replacal with the next standing member on last election's party list, Mr. Bore.

All members agreeing to revoke Mr. Xahar's mandate in Parliament and to replace him with the next standing member on the party list, please say AYE.

All members in disagreement, please say NAY.
