Looks quite a bit off, but AR lacks the huge amount of Blaxicasians that for example FL, CA, NJ have - so maybe Sanders does better in this overall White state than many expect.

Sanders was down around 60 points nationally 7 months ago,  I'd hardly call it a failing campaign.

Overtime is a Pro-Sanders outfit that popped up out of nowhere spewing outliers aimed at pretending Sanders is surging.
The website shows no contact  information other than an email address.

Well, their Iowa poll was OK, it matched the gold standard Selzer poll released the next day.  I'd be a lot more suspicious of them if that poll was released after Selzer.
