High-50s and over 60% when he's leaving office, likely two-termer if he runs for a second term and expected to have a considerable amount of Republican supporters (like the Democratic version of Ronald Reagan but no Iran-Contra Tongue ) due to working across the aisle

45%. Narrowly wins suburban voters (overall) and does well with urban voters (avg. performance) but suffers a much steeper loss (re: support/approval) of rural voters.

Probably breaks even or narrowly loses Indies while losing some base support and gains some moderate+suburban Rs

Suburban's approvals among Rs probably caps out in the high teens (could break 20%) and party approval falls into the 70s-low 80s and could even dip into the 60s once or twice but he still probably wins 86+% of Democratic votes

General election % is 49% (~2-3% to third parties), the outcome (EV) and the PV are tossups

As President, low-mid 40s typically, 50% at the most, I imagine.

What does "a/d" mean?

Anyway, 46% on election day in a 2016-like environment. 55-56% at the high point of his presidency. 50% on election day II (re-elected) and 53-55% upon leaving office.
