CBS/NY Times already had Bernie at 41%.

I don't get reporting these top line numbers then - is it for maximum impact? We polled 2,000 random people and the race really narrowed, but when we screened out who is going to vote, well, lo and behold, Hillary leads by 21.

Once again, I will only believe Sanders is at 40%+ if he wins BOTH Iowa and New Hampshire, it's almost inevitable that Sanders will win NH at this point. Iowa is a different story, it's probably very, very minute Clinton lead at this point also.
