For the Democrats, voting for every primary winner since at least 1992:

Belknap
Hillsborough
Rockingham
Strafford

For the Republicans, the only county that has supported the primary winner in every election since 1992 is Sullivan.

Based on the results on the Atlas wiki, the streaks of Belknap, Hillsborough, Strafford and Sullivan (R) go back at least to 1976. Rockingham voted for Kennedy in '80.
