Statement A-The election was conducted extremely fairly.
Statement B-Although there were a few isolated incidents of fraud, the election overall was relatively fair.
Statement C-There was widespread fraud in the election, but not enough to change the overall result.
Statement D-The election was stolen!

D/C for me.

D/C  Without widespread fraud Gore would not have won the popular vote.

B/B. It just happens that in 2000, the fraud could have mattered.

Wow, a D/A, that's just weird.

Anyways for 2000, we have

A 0
B 7
C 2
D 11

That's a majority for D.

either B or C -i haven't yet decided which.  and just to put things into perspective, can anyone name any election in the history of this republic that was conducted entirely without fraud involved?

didn't think so.

Yes. For example, every actual presidential election.

I voted C/B.  It was a really close call for me though between that and D/B.  I think it was the early call of Florida for Gore and some military absentee ballots not being counted (or were they all counted, at least some Democrats didn't want them to be) that caused me to vote C/B, but I certainly think there were several errors in Florida that helped Bush, like eligible Black voters being turned away from the polls.  I don't see how you can blame the Republicans from the "Jews for Buchanan" incident in Palm Beach County, but that certainly helped them assuming most of those voters would have voted for Gore.

E/E
Statement E: Although there was a small percentage of errors made by voters, and some incompetence by election officials,  the election was fair.

Although less exiting than vast conspracies,  human incompetence is more common.
