I've been to a few neighbors' LDS (Mormon) baptisms and that's it.

Baptized Orthodox Christian but mainly attended a Presbyterian church as a kid.

I've witnessed:

- Ortohdox and Evangelical baptisms, weddings and funerals
- Catholic wedding and mass
- Shia Muslim wedding

Most weddings I've been to in recent years have been non-religious and a friend/family member officiated the ceremony

currently go on a semi-regular basis to:
Methodist church
Taize service at Episcopalian church (I love this)

have gone many times at various times in life to:
Lutheran (1st church as a child, baptized)
Baptist (altar calls, almost got baptized again but I chickened out)
Methodist (visited many different churches, youth and campus ministry events)
non-denominational churches and meetings of various levels of charismatic/pentacostal expressions
& also charismatic PCA young adult meetings
PCUSA services at churches, camp, and campus ministry

a few times:
Catholic - traditional masses, baptism and youth folk mass
Orthodox - visited a service in Russia, attended a Greek Orthodox open house event
Jewish - a conservative Shabbat service, and Passover seders and Sukkot celebration
visited a Mosque for an interfaith meal
a few other interfaith events with prayers etc from different traditions
