My younger sister works at USC (university of south carolina) and supposedly there will be a poll released from them soon showing trump and cruz tried with rubio in third, followed by bush then k and c.

Should be coming out this week.

He predicted the Iowa results pretty well, just not the poll. We'll see if he's as good this time.

Trying to find the actual poll. It may just be an internal poll that was leaked. Either way that is good news for anyone in the GOP other than Trump.

Prob last SC poll done pre-debate, finished on Sat aftrn. (500 PRVs).  Trump 26, Cruz 24, Jeb 12, Marco 11, Carson 8, Kasich 6.

This is from Bush's PAC.  Not much value

Not an internal poll, but PPP says Trump and Clinton are leading after 1 day of polling:

There are two other polls, ARG and Opinion Savvy which are far closer to CBS,than to an internal Bush poll.

I have a weird feeling that Cruz might barely edge out TRUMP here.

I too.

I think that weird feeling might be something called "wishful thinking."

The Trumpster has no ground game in SC. Cruz as an excellent organization.

Excellent enough to overcome what is probably a double digit lead?  Doubtful.  Besides, turnout is much higher in primary states, so his ground game in SC won't be nearly as consequential as it was in IA.

I'm not going to be overly optimistic but there tends to be late movement away from Trump so that can definitely cut into that perceived double digit lead.

"Late movement away from Trump."

Based on 2 primaries/caucuses? In NH Trump actually exceeded his poll #s as RCP's poll of polls had him at 31.2%.

I'm genuinely staggered to find out that Gilmore had enough money to commission a poll.
