I say yes, I think both parties will look for any excuse just to get rid of him as President. If he doesn't have an establishment vice president, he will also face impeachment.

Based on current rhetoric, very probably - many things he says are borderline impeachable.  Trump also strikes me as an impatient person who may overstep his constitutional authority and open up a path to impeachment. 

But then again, who is to say that, once elected, he doesn't revert to governing more like a conventional politician?

Not automatically, no. But given that this is Trump we are talking about, the odds that he at some point over a four-year period would do something that would be grounds for impeachment are probably a lot higher than they are for any normal president.

For which specific reason? You can't impeach a president just for fun or because you don't like his positions.

He has to violate the Constitution or commit a crime while President first before grounds for impeachment can even be thought of. He's not even been elected yet.
