Former Sen. Slade Gorton (WA) says he won’t vote for Trump.  Same with Rob McKenna, the unsuccessful Republican nominee for governor of Washington in 2012:

Former FL Rep. and current Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough says he won’t vote for Trump unless Trump backs away from some of his more extreme proposals like the Muslim ban:

Romney won't attend RNC

Dole will, but is not committed to voting for Trump in November

Based on this, Dole will be the only person attending the RNC who's actually topped the ticket for the party.

Cuban Miamians

Ros-Lehtinen and Curbelo seem to be dead set against both Trump and Clinton. Diaz-Ballart will, "under some conditions", vote for the "Republican nominee".

This is all ridiculous because Hillary's victory, while massive, isn't going to in any way be an endorsement for Hillary: it's going to be a resounding defeat for Trump. (Unlike, say, 2008, which was an endorsement for Obama). As such, Hillary's coattails are not going to be particularly significant, which means it's unlikely Democrats take the Senate.
There's a good chance a lot of Republicans will stay home and not vote at all, which would provide potential coattails for other Dems.  I won't do that; I will write in Kasich.

That is reflective of how conservative each of their districts are - Ros-Lehtinen and Curbelo are in swing districts, while Diaz Balart can survive taking a hit for potentially supporting Trump.

"I cannot vote for Donald Trump" - Lt Gov Phil Scott (R-VT), candidate for Governor. Added he will not vote for Clinton either.

Massachusetts Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito says that, like Gov. Charlie Baker, she will not vote for Trump in November:

Rep. Louie Gohmert says he won’t endorse Trump unless Trump apologizes for all the character attacks on his GOP rivals during the primaries:

With so many GOPers putting conditions on their potential endorsements, it is clear they are in the bargaining stage

Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner gives one of the “split the difference” answers on Trump.  He says that while he’ll abide by his previous promise to “support” the GOP presidential nominee, he won’t offer a “formal endorsement”.  He also says he won’t attend the convention:

In Missouri, Rep. Ann Wagner says that while she won’t vote for Clinton, she hasn’t yet decided whether she’s going to vote for Trump or not:

the rest should run a convention of their own: it would have more Republicans.

The rest of Dold's comments:

He's betting that Clinton voters will support an independent-minded Republican, noting that he barely lost the district in 2012 even though Obama beat Mitt Romney there by 17 percentage points. "For the last 34 years, the 10th District has sent moderate Republicans to Congress, regardless of who they voted for at the top of the ticket," Dold said.

Obviously Dold is a very particular case due to how Democratic his district is, but the backbone of the Republican majority is relatively moderate suburban districts that have also been some of Trump's weakest areas. I think a lot of vulnerable house republicans are going to follow his model. I predict the next person to just say they won't vote for Trump is Barbara Comstock.

Graham and Jeb, it seems, are the first two candidates to break the pledge.
