That would be great ammunition for Hillary in a Presidential debate forum.
Donald will struggle to be elected President at it is. His campaign style really needs everyone on board to get him across the line.
Trump needs to have a united party behind him. If the Republicans fragment into smaller pieces, then they will fail.
Given the nature of media production in 2016, it is simply not possible to manage this type of campaign anymore.
Every disgruntled Republican who wants their "15 minutes" is going to go to CNN or Sixty Minutes and start flapping their gums.
